How to Install Your Signal Booster
Step 1:
Connect the power supply and whip antenna to the booster.
Step 2:
Download the Signal Supervisor app and connect the booster.
Step 3:
Use the Signal Manager app to adjust the direction of the outdoor antenna. Find the best signal position, install the outdoor antenna, and connect it to the booster with the cable.
Step 4:
Install the two indoor antennas.
Note: Ensure proper isolation between the indoor and outdoor antennas.

We put foil covered insulation and new siding on our house. Our cell reception disappeared inside the house. The new cell booster restored our reception completely if not better than before.
This is my second attempt to write a review for this product. The first was long and provided a great deal of useful information on how we aimed the antenna and choices we made to ensure excellent results. Apparently useful information is against Amazon's Community Guidelines.
So, I will just say we have zero regrets purchasing this product, and after careful planning and execution we achieved results that exceeded our expectations.
During the process we had to reach out to Tech Support. I would tell you what the minor issue was, but am afraid that "personal" information would also violate their community guidelines. Anyway, they were very responsive and solved our problem by shipping us a replacement part.
I highly recommend this product and hope you figure out how to achieve similar results.
Keep in mind, this is a Cell Signal Booster. It doesn't magically make cell signal/service,but it can boost it! Best product for the, price. HIGH QUALITY COMPONENTS. EASY TO USE AND UNDERSTAND THE SETUP. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I work for a construction company, and we are expanding the SMU football stadium. Our temp office is located below the new steps and there is concrete all around, so we couldn't get cellular signal. I emailed HiBoost support with a question about connecting an extra 100ft coax cable to get the antenna on top of the stadium and they told me it would work; they also called me to get a good understanding of my question! This antenna is great as now we are getting signal for calls, we wanted to make sure we could make 911 calls because this is a construction site, and we always MUST be able to make and receive calls. I recommend it, great support!
This system is extremely easy to install and understand. I will note that you need to read the instructions. Installing the system needs to be as described in the instructions. I actually did this process as little wrong. I thought that the system was correct but a few days in it started having an error. After calling into support it was suggested to move the outdoor antenna. Once this was done I have had zero problems. I highly suggest Hi-Boost over any other. I have used others and had little success. Customer service is personal and quick.
